2025 Fedhealth tax certificates

Tax certificates will be emailed to all Fedhealth members on 30 May 2025. You may also obtain your Fedhealth tax certificate in the following ways:

  • Fedhealth Member App (select Medical Aid > Document Library > Tax certificate)
  • Fedhealth Family Room (click on ‘My Plan’ from the top navigation and select ‘Documents’)
  • WhatsApp (select Member Self Service > Tax certificate)

Remember that all tax certificates are password-protected. The password is your ID number.
